Welcome to Work Well Pilates!

  • Session Types: Choose from a VIRTUAL or In-Person Introductory Meeting or Pilates Session. This calendar allows you to schedule your session as early as 24 hours from the time you confirm the booking (as my availability allows).

    • Availability: Check the schedule for available dates and times (I am currently scheduling up until the end of February 2026).

    • Cancellation Policy: I understand we all have bad days and/or emergencies. If possible, please cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled session.

    • Health Info: Always inform your instructor of any injuries (old and new), conditions, or limitations so we can tailor the session safely.

    • Water Bottle: To get the most from every session, one thing is non negotiable and that’s HYDRATION. Staying hydrated with electrolytes keeps your joints lubricated, decreasing risk of injury.

    • Attire: Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for movement and for your teacher to ensure proper postural alignment. You can go barefoot or wear grippy socks (see example from Amazon).

    • Arrival Time (In-person Appointments): Please arrive 5 minutes early. If you have allergies to dogs or cats, please let me know. I have a HEPA air filter for the room.

    • Arrival Time (Virtual Appointments): Please use a laptop or tablet instead of a cell phone. Please login 5–10 minutes early to make sure your camera can show you from head to toe on your mat.
